Estepona and repair of the transom
Due to easterly winds, we stay longer in Estepona than expected so we take the opportunity to get the damage to the transom repaired by Tomasz and enjoy the sunny days. We will also have time for an excursion to Ronda, but more about that in the next story.

Now we have a good weather window with a stern wind towards the Strait of Gibraltar and we have been to IKEA and shopped. So we are ready to continue towards the Mediterranean. Vilamoura and IKEA
We get a nice day sailing from Lagos to Vilamoura, just under 30 nautical miles. At the pontoon where we end up, there are almost only motorboats without anyone living onboard. It’s a pity, we like living ports where people live in their boats.

Vilamoura och IKEA
Vi får en fin dagssegling från Lagos till Vilamoura, knappt 30 sjömil. Vid bryggan där vi hamnar, ligger nästan bara motorbåtar som inte är bebodda. Lite synd, vi gillar levande hamnar där det bor folk i sina båtar.
