Estepona and repair of the transom
Due to easterly winds, we stay longer in Estepona than expected so we take the opportunity to get the damage to the transom repaired by Tomasz and enjoy the sunny days. We will also have time for an excursion to Ronda, but more about that in the next story.

Night sailing to Estepona
Now we have a good weather window with a stern wind towards the Strait of Gibraltar and we have been to IKEA and shopped. So we are ready to continue towards the Mediterranean. Vilamoura and IKEA
We get a nice day sailing from Lagos to Vilamoura, just under 30 nautical miles. At the pontoon where we end up, there are almost only motorboats without anyone living onboard. It’s a pity, we like living ports where people live in their boats.

Hard time in Lagos
We return to Lagos at the end of September after a wonderful summer at home in Sweden. We have had time to spend with relatives and friends, vaccinated ourselves against covid 2 times. Now we are eager to sail again.

On the hard in Lagos
Now we will leave Sally in Lagos while we go home to Sweden to enjoy the Swedish summer, meet children, grandchildren, friends and our parents.
